New Space, New Possibilities
We manufacture all joinery at our new purpose built facility in Rydalmere NSW. Our move to this facility has allowed us to invest in automated technology and develop systems and processes to focus on quality, waste minimisation and efficiencies.
Because each project we undertake is unique, we have invested in a wide range of machines and skilled people to allow us to undertake processes in house. This gives us the flexibility and control we need over timing and quality. We have our own in-house veneering facility and polyurethane spray finishes area, CAD/CAM manufacturing processes with both nesting solution and beam saw and pod machining processes.
With over 7,500 sqm of production and office floor area, we are able to cater to any size project.
Future focussed on the timber craft and technology.
By embracing technology, we bring the tradition of crafting timber with us into the future.
We use technology to help us create complicated joinery with ease. From our automated and robotic machines, to our technical 3D drawing software - we see these as the additional tools of the modern cabinet maker. It is important to us to always be one step ahead.
Here is what our technology partner & equipment supplier Homag said about us.
Pro-active approach, ability to work with site constraints with minimum fuss, great workmanship, competitive pricing for highly technical work.
We have partnered with builders and architects to create unique interior fit out spaces, and have recently worked with well known Australian builders as well as local and international architectural and interior design firms. This collaboration combines the vision of the project designers with our manufacturing expertise resulting in the delivery of impressive joinery fitouts at the highest levels of quality.
We understand green star compliance and have had experience in 5 and 6 star green star projects over the years including many fitouts at Barangaroo South and more recently CBA’s Australian Technology Park precinct. We also hold FSC® chain of custody (COC) certification and PEFC® COC certification.
We are proud of the talent we have assembled at Civardi Furniture. The team is made up of production and drawing technicians, specialist CAD/CAM operators, spray painting and finishing experts, cabinet makers and site installers.
Our team is led by David Civardi, the third generation of the Civardi family in the business. David combines his family background in timber with his engineering training, to enable the business to undertake award winning projects such as the CBA 'Hive' structure.
